1 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to SWC Sabong. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SWC Sabong website, mobile platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform in any way — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately. Continued use of SWC Sabong constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SWC Sabong. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our support team before registering.
2 Eligibility
To register and use SWC Sabong, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are a resident of the Philippines or are legally permitted to access online betting services in your jurisdiction.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of SWC Sabong or any of its affiliated companies.
- You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or have not been previously banned from SWC Sabong.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
SWC Sabong takes underage gambling very seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
3 Account Registration & Security
Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on SWC Sabong. Registering multiple accounts — whether using your own details, a family member's details, or fictitious information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance therein.
During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. SWC Sabong reserves the right to request supporting documents (such as a government-issued ID or proof of address) to verify your identity at any time. Failure to provide these documents within the required timeframe may result in your account being restricted or closed.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your username and password confidential at all times.
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
- Notifying SWC Sabong immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
SWC Sabong will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you receive such a request, please report it to our support team immediately.
4 Deposits & Payment Methods
SWC Sabong accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
All deposits must come from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may be reversed. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
SWC Sabong does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. SWC Sabong is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment providers.
Deposited funds are held in a segregated account to ensure they are always available for player withdrawal, separate from SWC Sabong's operational funds.
5 Withdrawals
You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must have been fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name as your SWC Sabong account.
- Any bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, as shown on the withdrawal page.
- SWC Sabong processes approved withdrawals within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
SWC Sabong reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, we will notify you and may request additional documentation.
6 Betting Rules & Settlement
All bets placed on SWC Sabong are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sport category. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the relevant rules for that game, whether it is sabong, basketball betting, NBA, football, MMA, or card games such as Pusoy and baccarat.
Bets are considered final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system. In the event of a technical error that results in a bet being accepted at an incorrect price, SWC Sabong reserves the right to void that bet and refund the stake to your account.
For live sabong events, bets are accepted only while the betting window is open. No bets will be accepted after the meron-wala announcement has been made. Results are official once announced by the arena's designated referee.
For sports events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned — unless the event is completed within 24 hours of the originally scheduled time, in which case the result stands.
7 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
SWC Sabong offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. Where there is a conflict between general terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Key bonus rules that apply across all promotions:
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover rate is stated in each promotion's terms.
- Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
- SWC Sabong reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
- Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome — will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and may lead to account suspension.
- Bonuses credited in error must be returned. SWC Sabong may deduct incorrectly credited amounts from your balance.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on SWC Sabong:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
- Providing false personal information or impersonating another person.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law.
- Attempting to manipulate, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploits will be voided.
Violations of these prohibited conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
9 Privacy & Data Protection
SWC Sabong collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
We collect information such as your name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable Philippine laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and Data Privacy Act.
Your data will not be sold to third parties. We may share data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers strictly as necessary to fulfil our legal and contractual obligations.
10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, SWC Sabong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
SWC Sabong does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of downtime, but we are not liable for any losses incurred during such periods.
Betting involves risk. SWC Sabong is not responsible for any financial losses you may incur as a result of placing bets on our Platform. You bet at your own risk, and you should never wager more than you can afford to lose.
12 Changes to These Terms
SWC Sabong reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Platform after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure through our support team.
